I loved it that she was both a kick-ass lawyer and a kick-ass soldier and had, despite everything, insecurities and flaws she tried to battle

Totally, I mean what with her curse of men who dated her dying, and her alcoholism and her having grown up for years with her Uncle Matt because her parents couldn't raise her...she definitely had demons and flaws.

Its funny though because while I loved Mac, she wasn't my favorite JAG female character. (I give you 2 bazillion useless imaginary points if you can figure out which one was my favorite ;))
