I stopped watching for a long while, so I'm a little lost - has Carter gone all "there is only one true timeline", and thus he wants things to be like they were in his original timeline?

now, I admit, Henry sometimes gets in trouble (witness this week with Grace)...but at least Henry tried fitting into the life he found himself in. (and he fell in love)
