Writer's Block: Happily ever after…

No idea, and quite frankly, I don't care, either. Harry was never my favorite character - in fact, ever since Book Five I found him to be incredibly bratty and irritating - and I really couldn't care less what's he going to do or not do now. I always liked Hermione best and I'm an avid Draco/Hermione shipper (always was, always will be, don't ship anyone else... okay, apart from Orion and Lavinia in that magnum opus I'm writing with [livejournal.com profile] rareb) and quite frankly, the rest can go and hang themselves for all I care.

Why, yes, I'm still bitter about how Book Seven turned out, why do you ask?

I sort of agree with you there, I was never a Harry fan either; I found him to be sort of be a pre-Vader Anakin; very whiny and 'woe is me since I'm not happy with my life' and everyone believing that he had some special power thus putting pressure on him to be even more than what he was. Granted he did have some legit gripes (the way his aunt and uncle treated him for one) but still...

That's a really good comparison, actually. They really are alike pretty much. I didn't mind Harry in books 1 - 4 but I really couldn't stand him from 5 on.
