Frohes Neues!

Good... *looks at clock evening. (New Year's Eve always screws everything about my inner clock)

Hope you all had a fun (and safe) New Year's Eve and didn't have too much of a hangover (or tinnitus) on New Year's Day. I got home 0600 or something, so I guess the party could be counted a s good one. But I have to stand correct myself. Last year, I said it was war where I celebrated New Year's Eve. This year, I can honestly say that it was worse than last year. Dude. Firecrackers that sound like hand grenades *shakes head But it was fun! And look what we did with sparklers (or, as we like to call them, wonder candles *giggles):

we were probably one of the loudest out there.

I'm starting to think that New Year's Eve in Berlin is generally war. There's the Turks who obviously buy all their stuff from the Poles (who, according to a co-worker, actually don't do all the fireworks stuff themselves... obviously, only the people from Germany are stupid enough to buy their stuff) and like to target taxis and everything female on two legs (literally target) and all the Germans who're trying to do the same and guys like my dad who fire the rockets from their hands (champagne bottles are overrated) and "accidentally" hit balconies overhead... I don't think I ever want to celebrate New Year's Eve anywhere else but Berlin :D
