Why, WHY did I just sign up for this year's Het Big Bang?

Oh, right, because apparently, every other big bang sign up gets actually finished by me. After I couldn't get my ass up for fivetimesbb (I totally lost track of that one... I'm sorry! I also still have it on the backburner. Really.), I obviously couldn't resist the pull of the awesome het_bigbang. Prompt this year is the following:

Fandom: The Avengers (2012)
Pairing: Natasha Romanoff/Clint Barton
Prompt: See my love through loneliness/See my love for sorrow/I've given you my onlyness/Come give me your tomorrow.

Joan Baez seems to sing their relationship as I see it, or at least the chorus feels very much like them and I just had to use it. It was originally destined for a one-shot but I thought I'd give it a shot with a multi-chapter. I err, don't seem to have a definite plot yet but I'm sure as hell going to watch the movie again and buy the DVD as soon as it's out, so I hope for some real inspiration. I also accept suggestions in the comments. Yes.

And now it's back to baking. Hopefully without hurting myself any more than I already did.

ETA: Didn't hurt myself but the cake (lemon tart). Dammit :(

that would be interesting! Have it where one might remember something the other doesn't and see how each would view the same event...because I'm sure that Hawkeye would see the forces in terms of how many arrows he has while 'Tasha would view them in terms of if she could use one bullet to kill six of them ^-^

one question comes to mind - how does she get red out of her ledger? a life for a life? (in which case, given how many people she saved in Manhattan in the movie, isn't her ledger blemishless now?)
