Mhyeah, I had my doubts, to be honest... and I did need a few chapters to warm up to it but it was worth it. I loved it that Rodney was in character and that the evolvement of his and Rory's relationship was still believable (lately I've really become annoyed with the amount of OOC Rodney story requests at sgagenrefinders :S) and I found the friendship between Rory and Vala great to read.
BTW, have you been told that Kavan Smith (with a British accent(!) featured heavily in the promo for next week's Human Target?
Yes, I saw the promo a few days ago and kind of... melted. He's finally appearing on screen again! YAY!
Also saw him in a promo for some SciFi channel movie.
