I'm just trying to negotiate my way out of the vast amounts of epic angst-ridden back-story the bunnies have generated that has virtually nothing to do with either Lorne or Cadman. It's turned itself into a 'verse, which is uncalled for, frankly, and means it's very hard to find a resolution to the Lorne/Cadman parts, because most of what I have is middle.
