btw. I'm just re-watching episode 1. and yes, Chase made Delta in that episode. at the beginning, at the dinner for Col. Baker's promotion, Pam and Chase are talking about his shooting (and Pam gives him valuable tips. lol.) and then later, Chase buys a tv set (really big plasma) and Pam asks him why and it's a present from Chase because he made Delta and Chase explains that he passed the shooting test because of Pam's tips.
