The truffles raspberry one is very sneaky. It looks all sophisticated and fresh and then creme double and butter and white chocolate descend on and you've got your cake fill for the next month with one bite...
Hahahah that reminds me of a piece of cake I once had. I had had two bites and I just looked at the rest of the giant triangle and just thought: No. Just... no. It was delicious! But.. no more XD
Ok so I voted for peanut because peanut, right, but what you should really do is add some chocolate, I don't care where, crust, filling, topping, as a side dish, but peanut and chocolate rules all. Then send it to me.
My mom's a really good cook and I'm a fairly good baker, and my sisters' explanation was that she likes to be spontaneous and doesn't like cooking strictly according to recipe while I like to be as close to a recipe as I can. That works very well for cooking but not for baking since baking requires you to be very exact and very much not spontaneous. Replacing ingredients works only for so long (white flour should never, never be replaced with whole weat flour for example...) and sometimes three minutes too long in the oven ruins the entire cake...
On the other hand, both my sisters are very good at both cooking and baking. Nyah. :S
Ice it, wrap it in baking parchment, then in plastic foil, then pack it well in a sturdy box. For smaller things, get a cheap tupperware type box at Lidl or something.
(I once had a correspondence by cake. With somebody in Sweden.)
