All the tag bundles are gone and all my carefully organized tags are in disarray and I don't even see all of them anymore and I think I'm going to cry now. Can we please start a "Give us back the old delicious!" campaign. Because I want it back. I WANT IT BACK SO HARD!

According to the billing manager "the bottle of tequila was missing so it is *assumed* that you drank it" (Uhm...is that kind of like the car service of dooms "we didn't hear from you so we still assume you want us" service?)
Oh and they still didn't bill the spa stuff right. Apparently I got all the credit somehow for it (despite *insisting that they split it*) and the list goes on. As I told Billing dude "Considering the cost to stay there I expected better service. This is just turning into one giant nightmare now."
(oh and they supposedly underbilled me by 2 fucking dollars at checkout. It's just...*stabby*. I think that if the charges are not gone by tomorrow (I have FOUR pending charges PLUS two that have already been 'accepted' on my card. When I authorized ONE payment)
