Eighty Generation Kill icons. No really. I made eighty of 'em and I'm gonna give 'em to you now. Knowing myself, I'll forget to mention half of the sources for textures, so if you recognize some of yours but don't see yourself mentioned, please ping me. Thank you.

Date: 2012-02-08 10:40 pm (UTC)I'll be on the blog meeting for www.augengeradeaus.net in March. I could try throw Generation Kill in and see if anyone knows it and would join in trying to convince Mr. Wiegold to do the same that Evan Wright did...
But that reminds me of a documentation I once (uhm, even twice) watched on NTV or N24.
N-TV, I think. You mean the one about the field hospital in Masar-e-Sharif (http://www.bundeswehr.de/portal/a/bwde/!ut/p/c4/NYw9D8IwDET_UdwMqBUbVQdYu0DZnMaKLOWjMi6VED-eZOBOess7HTyhNuObAyqXjBEesKx8dodxhyeT9qicyDMax9GTBIwkTNkQ5xeSfgju7aNu15JJG5WycmUQ1CJmK6KxmV2kGsMels5Oo-27f-x3mIfr0p9sN93GGbaULj8FQ7Or/), right? Yes, that was a great documentary. I kind of hope to encounter it again because I think I haven't seen it entirely...
You know, no. 74 always reminds me of our call center jobs. don't you think? :D
Ye-es! I'm tempted to print it out in A0 and hang it up on the pillar next to my cubicle...

Date: 2012-02-09 08:19 pm (UTC)that would actually be very interesting to know. yes, pelase.
You mean the one about the field hospital in Masar-e-Sharif, right?
YES. exactly that one. I'm sure you're gonna see it again, they always show documentaries a thousand times (I've seen that one about tanks quite often. I could probably do the job myself now. no, not really, but it was very interesting to see)
A0? I would be alright with A4. Do you have a bigger file of that? I'm thinking about printing it out at the store as a big picture. Would be enough for me (and then let's see if anyone recognizes that. lol.).
